As one of Florida's premier developer/builders of luxury homes and high-end residential communities, Ken Endelson has a good idea of what his discriminating market finds most desirable

As one of Florida's premier developer/builders of luxury homes and high-end residential communities, Ken Endelson has a good idea of what his discriminating market finds most desirable. For the homeowner who can - and very often does - have everything, nothing is so near and dear to the heart as privacy and security. Tha's just what Endelson has to offer at Stone Creek Ranch, a gated enclave of 37 estate-style homes being built in Delray Beach, Fla., by four of Florida's most respected custom builders.

Designed to appeal to upscale buyers looking for more land and living space, the custom homes in Stone Creek Ranch feature 2 1/2-acre or larger lakefront lots - plenty of room for not only a grand home but also the amenities that go with it, such as swimming pools, tennis courts and a buffer of green space between residences.

Security is another of the development's guaranteed premiums. Endelson made sure the exterior walls and landscaping were in place before the first home was built. And Stone Creek's gatehouse, at the only entry to the community, is outfitted with the latest in security technology, he says.

Stone Creek Ranch's Delray Beach location, between Palm Beach to the north and Boca Raton to the south, is in one of the area's hottest markets for residential development, says Endelson. While the inland location made the spacious lot sizes possible, homeowners will not be denied water views. Every home site has at least 200 to 250 feet of lake frontage.

Stone Creek Ranch also has municipal services such as water, sewer and gas. "And you are literally five minutes from everything, including local private golf courses, highways and a new shopping mall that is under construction," Endelson says.

Home prices will range from $4 million to more than $10 million.

Warm and Welcoming
Builder Terence Cudmore says he knows this fabulous, 11,018-square-foot Mediterranean beauty, with its blend of formal and recreational space will soon make some fortunate owner a wonderful family home.
Outdoor Elegance
The heart of this magnificent, 12,143-square-foot, spec-built turnkey home as Stone Creek Ranch is a spacious central courtyard that serves as an enchanting open-air extension of hte $11.8 million residence's living space.
