This article first appeared in the CB March/April 2015 issue of Custom Builder.

Broan-NuTone’s Premium Humidity Sensing Control features Sensaire Automatic Sense-on-Rise technology, which can detect a rapid rise in humidity and trigger the fan to turn on before condensation forms. The unit’s Continuous Ventilation Mode can be used to program the fan for preset minutes each hour to meet ASHRAE 62.2 whole-house ventilation requirements. The stand-alone wall unit is compatible with existing ventilation fans, and its design complements decorator switches while concealing user settings behind a removable door.
