Hand-Blown to Blow You Away

W.A.C. Lighting's latest Fused Glass Pendants line includes the Quick Connect G530 Series in three contemporary colorations. The line connects to a low-voltage monorail system, monopoints and multipoints. It also connects to line and low-voltage track systems as well as the Flexrail2 two-circuit line voltage bendable rail system. The G530 Series features hand-blown glass pendants in green, multicolor and a white/black/clear combination. Each Quick Connect pendant is 4 1/8 inches wide and 5 ¾ inches tall.

New Accents

Leviton's expanded line of Acenti wiring devices and lighting controls features the Sixplex Surge Protective Receptacle and five new electromechanical switches. The Surge Protective Sixplex Receptacle provides surge protection for up to six plugs, eliminating the need for power strips or adapters. The device's top and bottom outlets are reversed so that low-voltage, transformer-style plugs can be inserted without blocking other outlets. The Sixplex installs in a 2-gang wallbox.

Aeon Flux and Flex

Cyberlux's Aeon line includes the ProHB and the Flex solid-state lighting solutions designed for installation in closets, cabinet interiors and under cabinets to illuminate kitchen counters. The ProHB is only 2 inches wide and ¾-inch thick and is available in 8, 16, 22, 32 and 40-inch lengths in warm (3,000K) and cool (5,000K) colors. Luminescence in the Loo

Acrilex's Acriglo photoluminescent opal acrylic sheets are for lighting applications that require complex formed or fabricated shapes or superior impact resistance other than glass. Lighter in weight than its stone and glass counterparts, Acriglo's acrylic lighting is formulated to resist long-term exposure to UV and will not fade or change color over time. The product can be charged and discharged indefinitely without any degradation to the performance of the product. Faux marble patterns are also available. Small Aperture, Big Light

Prescolite's collection of Architektur D4 4½-inch aperture specification grade downlights have a patent pending twist-lock socket mechanism that properly positions lamps of various lengths. The downlights incorporate the company's Virtual Source patented optical technology that produces equal cut-off to lamp and lamp image at a nominal 45-degree viewing angle in all lateral planes. It accepts one-lamp vertical CFL 13W, 18W, 26W and 32W triple tube or one-lamp vertical 13W and 18W quad tube incandescent lamps.  Click here for more information

Halo Over Your Head

Cooper Lighting has expanded the Halo Energy Star/Title 24-approved compact fluorescent family to include six 5-inch aperture new construction and remodel housings (and 10 trims), plus three 6-inch remodel housings. The electronic ballasted downlights are available for 13, 18 and 26 watts compact fluorescent lamps. Trims are offered in baffle, reflector and lensed shower styles and include the 5-inch aperture 5021 series (reflectors), 5016 (coilex baffles) and the 5051/5052 (shower trims).

Indoor/Outdoor Illumination

Meyda Lighting's Fulton line from the Craftsman Signature Series of Outdoor/Indoor is made from art glass, mica, solid copper and brass. The handcrafted collection features post mounts; pier mounts; ceiling and tabletop lanterns; table lamps; wall sconces; and ceiling pendants offered in antique, vintage copper, craftsman brown and verdigris finishes. Offerings include the Craftsman Dragonfly Ceiling Pendant, which features raindrop art glass and a verdigris finish.
