Redfin Built a Home Search Tool Inside ChatGPT

Real estate platform Redfin launched an app that lets users browse listings right in ChatGPT. Home searchers can surface properties and refine searches by chatting (“Show me homes within 10 miles of a hospital?” or “What about fenced yards with pools?”). Zuckerberg the Latest California Billionaire to Buy a Florida Home

Meta billionaire Mark Zuckerberg is buying a waterfront mansion on a manmade island off Miami Beach, dubbed “Billionaire Bunker,” according to reports. The gated community is already home to Jeff Bezos, Carl Icahn, and Ivanka Trump. Ritz-Carlton in Fort Lauderdale The Latest in the Branded Residence Booms

Concrete Can Be Safely Reused in New Constrution, Study Finds

Concrete slabs, beams, and columns from teardowns can be safely reused in new construction, according to Swedish researchers who ran thousands of simulations to determine the optimal use of the dismantled material, based on prior exposure conditions.
