David Weekley Homes, the nation’s third largest privately held home builder, has acquired luxury home builder T.W. Lewis and its Phoenix market assets.

David Weekley Homes, the nation’s third largest privately held home builder, has acquired luxury home builder T.W. Lewis and its Phoenix market assets.

T.W. Lewis has a solid, 20-year reputation of delivering a quality home with attention to detail and customer satisfaction. It is a recognized leader in the greater Phoenix home building industry, and has completed over 5,000 luxury homes in some of the most sought-after communities. The company’s commitment to product quality and customer service has earned T.W. Lewis several national awards, including the National Housing Quality Gold Award in 2009 and America’s Best Builder Award in 1998.
