The National Association of Home Builders’ International Builders’ Show and the National Kitchen & Bath Association’s Kitchen & Bath Industry Show took place at the Las Vegas Convention Center last week, offering hundreds of product manufacturers the opportunity to debut their newest innovations. From luxury countertop offerings to unique smart appliances, the 2025 show offered an array of product launches.

James Martin Vanities, Cosentino, and FreePower Collaborate on Wireless Charging Vanities

A collaboration between James Martin Vanities, Cosentino, and FreePower is bringing innovative phone-charging capabilities to the bathroom. Featuring Cosentino’s Silestone countertops, the new line of vanities provides built-in charging, eliminating the need for traditional outlets. The collection will launch with three Silestone color options, with more to come, and will include one- or two-device chargers based on the countertop size.

Smart Compact Dishwasher from GE Profile

With sleek glass touch controls, a transparent door, and SmartHQ connectivity, GE Profile’s Smart Compact Dishwasher brings a designer touch to any small space. The dishwasher can be installed both on the countertop, under-the-sink, or built-in. Holding up to six place settings or 24 bar glasses, the dishwasher is suitable for a number of small spaces, including accessory dwelling units, home bars, butler’s pantries, and more. Additionally, the dishwasher features multiple wash cycles, including a 30-minute Quick Wash, and uses just two gallons of water per cycle.

Hot/Cold Plunge Indoor Tub from Empava

The Hot/Cold Plunge Indoor Tub from Empava brings the outdoor cold plunge experience into the home. Designed for spa-quality contrast therapy at home, the tub is the first residential plunge tub with dual basins for hot and cold use. The dual tub offers a hot soak up to 113 degrees Fahrenheit and a cold plunge down to 37.4 degrees F., providing a seamless experience between the two tubs while also eliminating the need for ice and cleanup.

TopLine XL Sliding Door System from Hettich

The TopLine XL sliding door system from Hettich offers a sleek, floor-to-ceiling design that enhances any space with large-format sliding door units. The top-running, two-track system is easy to install and supports two, three, or four doors. The modern door sliding system is ideal for a number of spaces, including walk-in closets or other areas where maximizing storage space is necessary.

Generation 4 MultiSlide Glass Wall from NanaWall

NanaWall's new Generation 4 MultiSlide Glass Wall offers a sleek, cohesive design with uniform glass lines and matching frames. The product is engineered for energy efficiency with double- and triple-glazing options, and its Gothic arch rollers make it easy to operate. The system also offers multidirectional opening for enhanced versatility and functionality.

JennAir’s 36-Inch Downdraft Induction Cooktop

JennAir's 36-Inch Downdraft Induction Cooktop offers an easy-to-maintain cooktop in a sleek design. Its slim profile and installation eliminate the need for bulky hoods and cabinets. The system removes smoke and odors quickly. Additionally, the cooktop's ventilation system is quieter than traditional hoods, the company says, helping homeowners cook while entertaining guests without as much noise from the range hood.
