The Women in Residential Construction Mentor Matchup pairs experienced leaders with emerging professionals across residential construction, remodeling, and design. It's a five-month program built around structured monthly sessions, defined themes, and conversation prompts.

Launched by Custom Builder, Pro Builder, and Pro Remodeler, the pilot runs May through September and culminates at the 2026 Women in Residential Construction Conference, taking place online Sept. 29–30. Select pairs may also be featured on the Women at WIRC podcast.
