APB Member Rachael Boyer is the President and CEO of The Home Authority, based in Minnesota, the United States. She has operated her building company with her husband since 1996.
Rachael is a leader in the construction and real estate industry using modern innovation of classic craftsmanship to transform homes and business environments that inspire pride of ownership.
Rachael’s life before APB was very interesting. Even with her MBA, she didn't feel prepared to operate in the construction industry. She ran her building company independently and was wearing all the hats.
The Journey Wasn’t Always Smooth Sailing
Before APB, Rachael didn't have any process control or standard operating procedures, however when she discovered APB, it brought a whole different perspective for the focus of her building company.
