The Kitchen-Triever is available in 48- and 78-inch-wide models in heights of 86 and 951/2 inches. The units hold the equivalent of 15 to 33 standard over-the-counter wall cabinets.
Typically, less than a third of all kitchen cabinets are easily accessible, which means a lot of time is spent placing objects high overhead, bending down to remove heavy pots and pans, or climbing on chairs to find what is needed.
Designed to work invisibly as a built-in component of kitchen cabinets or a pantry, the Kitchen-Triever automated rotating pantry system by Kardex comes with a simple up/down switch that allows users to scroll the system’s contents quickly until the proper shelf is located. When outfitted with the optional microprocessor-controlled, soft-touch keypad, the system allows users to request a specific shelf (for example, shelf No. 5 for dry goods).
Because all shelves are delivered at counter height, stored contents can be accessed seated or standing. With proper planning and installation, the system meets ADA accessibility guidelines. Optional Kitchen Control software and bar-code readers can be used to keep track of stored contents and generate a shopping list of consumed items. Call 800/234-3654 or visit www.kardex.com.
