The NEWLOOK Experience IDEA Home is unlike any other. Built on concrete pillars grounded by helical piers, the home requires plumbing to span the distance between the ground and the home's elevated foundation. The problem is that Midwestern winters are cruel and without the proper care those utility lines will freeze. Thankfully, our builder Michael Freiburger knows what he's doing.
