You can brown, sear, roast, and caramelize foods up to 15 times faster than normal with a Viking Professional TurboChef 30-inch double oven, the manufacturer says. Heated air in the oven is blown through the cavity at up to 60 miles per hour, thus cooking faster while keeping food moist. It has seven modes and more than 500 cooking profiles that automatically determine time and temperature.
